Cypress Bay Sports 2019-20 Registration for Cypress Bay Athletic Teams is now available. Please go to Registermyathlete.com and either update your profile and/or create a new profile. Please be sure to register for sports for the 2019-20 school year.
** Mandatory before any TRY-OUTS or practice MAY BEGIN you need to log onto www.registermyathlete.com and complete ALL PAPERWORK – doctor physicals on FHSAA forms – Insurance and ALL the Docs REQUIRED etc. – Then you need to download the COMPLETED FORMS TO RMA = www.reistermyathlete.com DO IT THIS MONTH OF MAY GOOD FOR THE YEAR! Once completed, you may come to clinics and train this summer with the TEAM.

Last season a GREAT one for our Boys 2nd at BCAA’s to STA and District XC champions & 9th at Region.
In meantime - Fitness and well-being of utmost importance. Exercising 60 minutes daily x 5-6 weekly will keep you fit for try-outs.
Adapt to Florida heat get up out and moving. In the a.m. 6 – 8 am and Evening after 5:30 pm onwards – walk, jog, run. Xtrain – bike – swim – run
Protein Lean meats – carbs – veggies and fruit
Homemade lunch –
Healthy Dinner within 1 hour after practice
Rest and relaxation: Getting to bed at decent hours – morning training v evening training
A.M BIG commitment in bed by 9:30- 10 pm latest to be up for a 6:30 am run – avoid late nights at 12 then trying to wake up to run – ½ awake and possibly injuries. L
P.M – I’m big on this one it works for me WHY – train as sun going down – eat when I get home – Rest and relax and go to bed – I can sleep in a little BUT avoid staying in bed past 9-10 am bad habit.
Track – BIG commitment too – go to RMA - attendance daily AFTER SCHOOL –
